Leasing Agent - Multifamily

Greet prospective residents in person, online, and by phone, then conduct apartment tours to highlight community features. Process applications and lease paperwork while building relationships with current and future residents. Support resident events and community engagement to help meet leasing and occupancy goals. This role requires strong sales and customer service skills, with bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred. Compensation includes an attractive hourly rate plus commission.
