Job Summary
Leasing Agent responsibilities include owning the leasing pipeline for a designated portion of the portfolio, conducting apartment tours and leasing activities, maintaining strong customer relations with prospective clients, engaging in the renewal process to achieve maximum occupancy, tracking traffic, appointments, and leases in the CRM, completing unit walks to ensure inventory is available to show, and conducting outreach to current residents. The role supports the Sales Manager and Leasing Admins and emphasizes the Maximus Sales Culture. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel, intermediate math, and familiarity with Yardi preferred. Located in San Francisco, CA (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of Sales experience
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet at an intermediate level
- Knowledge of Yardi program preferred
- Experience in the Multi-family housing industry preferred
- Experience with Fair Housing preferred
- Experience with 300 or more units preferred
