Job Summary
Leasing Agent responsible for owning the leasing pipeline for a designated portion of the portfolio, conducting apartment tours, leasing activities, and maintaining strong customer relations with prospective clients, while engaging in the renewal process to maximize occupancy. Works with the Sales Manager as part of a Leasing Team to meet sales objectives, provide support to Leasing Admins, track traffic, appointments, and leases via CRM, perform unit walks to ensure inventory is show-ready, and conduct outreach to current residents.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of Sales experience
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
- Knowledge of the Yardi program preferred
- Experience with Fair Housing preferred
- Experience with 300 or more units preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel at an intermediate level
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a customer service and sales-oriented environment
- Experience in the Multi-family housing industry preferred
