Job Summary
Assist Property Manager with marketing and leasing activities, conduct apartment tours for prospective tenants, track leasing prospects, respond to inquiries, complete lease applications and assist in verification, make leasing recommendations to improve community performance, plan and oversee resident social programs and events, ensure accurate bank deposits and track collections in property management software, assist with rent collections to minimize delinquencies, assist with community inspections, and support general leasing operations across the three Ludwig and Company properties.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1 Year Apartment leasing preferred
- Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
- Alternating Saturday hours are required
