Maintain the leasing office and tour paths as tidy, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and process paperwork for approvals and denials. Establish resident files, draft agreements, conduct move-in inspections, and collect rents. Compile marketing benefits, create advertising materials, and conduct weekly competitor comparisons. Maintain a daily Traffic Log and inform the Community Manager of screening outcomes.
