Job Summary
Conduct leasing operations for a new 100-unit building by projecting a positive image during tours, driving new leases and renewals, and managing marketing efforts including Craigslist advertising and social media promotion. Perform unit walk-throughs, evaluate credit applications, and complete all leasing documentation while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws. Maintain resident relations through package management, event coordination, and quick response to community needs, alongside cleaning models and preparing vacant units for move-in. Assist with move-ins and move-outs, update leasing software, and attend required meetings. Schedule runs Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-6pm, with 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Computer literate; proficient with productivity software including MS Office, SharePoint and Google Docs
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Experience working with the public in a retail or sales environment
- Friendly with a good sense of humor
