Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, assist with property tours, and provide accurate information about apartment homes. Process rental applications, secure lease agreements, and handle lease renewals while adhering to Fair Housing Laws and company policy. Maintain occupancy levels through professional leasing techniques, daily online marketing updates, and market survey analysis. Manage resident files, ensure move-in orientations, and follow up on maintenance requests to promote satisfaction. Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and reporting standards. This role supports the Client's objectives within the financial operating budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
- LIHTC experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered
