Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, coordinating lease applications, and executing lease agreements. Roles include greeting and qualifying prospective tenants, conducting property tours, maintaining tenant and property records (AppFolio), processing rent payments, supporting marketing to increase occupancy, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic property management knowledge required; High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Fair Housing Certification (may be completed within the first 30 days—training provided).
