Job Summary
Leasing Consultant role focused on greeting prospective residents, guiding apartment tours, matching tenants to suitable units, building rapport within a welcoming community, and collaborating with the team to achieve leasing goals. Responsibilities include tours of move-in-ready apartments, assisting residents through the leasing journey, handling renewals, and maintaining strong customer service. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required
