Job Summary
Join the Mosser Team as a Leasing Agent to engage with prospective residents, conduct on-site property tours, and attract new tenants for vintage and modern apartments. Responsibilities include logging tours in CRM, taking marketing photos and videos, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should possess a current CA Real Estate License, strong sales skills, and be highly organized. This role requires excellent computer skills and compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
Required Qualifications
- Current CA Real Estate License
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have a valid California Driver's license and state required insurance
- Have appropriate vehicle for touring clients and performing on-site property inspections
Desired Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with a focus on excellent customer service
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Adobe, Outlook)
- High-energy and commitment to a busy, fast-paced work environment
