Job Summary
Leasing Agent responsible for delivering a high-touch leasing experience to prospective and current residents. Responsibilities include greeting, touring and showcasing luxury amenities, converting leads to leases, processing applications and move-ins accurately, maintaining knowledge of pricing and market trends, collaborating with property management and maintenance teams, supporting lease renewals, and participating in marketing initiatives and resident events to drive occupancy and positive online reviews. Requires strong sales and customer-service skills, professional appearance, and proficiency with leasing software/CRM; weekend availability and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations are expected. This role supports a luxury-focused property environment and emphasizes exceptional customer service and relationship-building to maximize conversions and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required
- Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
