Job Summary
Conduct community and apartment tours for prospective residents, process rental applications, and prepare move-in documentation. Submit and follow up on maintenance requests while building positive relationships with prospects and residents. Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals to deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction. This part-time role requires at least one year of apartment industry experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. You will join a team focused on providing beautiful apartment homes and outstanding amenities within a supportive environment designed for growth and success.
