Leasing Agent to market the property, greet clients, and professionally present features and benefits, then secure lease agreements from qualified applicants in line with Integrity Asset Management’s standards. Responsibilities include daily leasing activities, updating online advertising to reflect current market pricing, conducting showings, qualifying prospects, processing lease applications and related addenda, coordinating renewals, communicating with residents and corporate offices, and assisting with property marketing efforts. Must have strong leasing and closing skills, good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to maintain a professional, customer-focused environment; bilingual in Spanish is preferable. Education required: high school diploma or GED. Travel and other duties to support property management may be assigned.
