Manage the full leasing and turnover cycle for residential rental properties, from advertising vacancies to handing keys. Create and manage listings on Zillow and Apartments.com, then respond to leads, schedule showings, and process applications including income verification and background checks. Draft leases, coordinate signings, and complete move-in/out inspections with photo documentation. Walk vacated units to scope maintenance needs, open work orders, and serve as the primary contact for tenant communications. Coordinate closely with the office team on unit status and owner updates. Requires an active Nevada real estate license and AppFolio proficiency.
