Leasing Agent

Generate, manage, and convert leads into lease agreements for new and current residents while serving as the primary point of contact for tours and resident inquiries. Maintain positive relations with employees, community members, and residents by educating them, supporting their needs, and overcoming objections. Assist with planning and hosting resident events, enter work orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction using approved technology and operating software. Work as part of a team to exceed property goals and manage resident needs through social media and reputation management platforms. Requires Saturday rotational availability from 10AM-4PM.
