Job Summary
Conduct property tours and handle all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiries to lease signing and renewals. Accurately prepare leasing documents, applications, and renewals while maintaining up-to-date records of vacancies and activity. Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and travel regularly between properties throughout the DFW area. Work closely with the property management team to deliver a high-quality resident experience and support property marketing efforts. This bilingual role requires experience with multifamily communities, LIHTC regulations, and property management software. Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, monthly commission, and PTO are available after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Previous experience with multifamily apartment communities
- Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and affordable housing compliance
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
- Understanding of leasing laws and tenant regulations
- Must have reliable transportation
- Professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude
- Must have marketing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of property management software (such as Onesite, apartments 24/7 and apartmens.com) is a plus
