Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, assist with viewing and touring the property, provide accurate information about each apartment home, and properly process rental applications. Secure lease agreements from qualified persons and assist with lease renewals as required. Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations while exhibiting professional leasing techniques. Conduct move-in orientation for new residents and ensure safety, comfort, and privacy for all property residents. Assist residents with reporting maintenance needs and document facility requirements to promote satisfaction. Maintain appropriate resident files and ensure timely completion of monthly market surveys and advertising updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
- LIHTC experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered
