Job Summary
Leasing Agent to lease apartments across 50+ properties, balancing 50% office-based calls and tours with 50% field leasing; must be sales-spirited, customer-oriented, and able to manage tours, gather application information, and coordinate with on-site teams. Responsibilities include answering leasing calls, scheduling and conducting tours (in-person and virtual), navigating multiple systems for availability and pricing, following up with applicants, collecting renter information and verifications, and contributing to social media outreach. Positive, ethical, and relationship-driven approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors’ degree (preferred)
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
