Job Summary
Greet visitors, guide prospects through applications and rental agreements, and collect rent while managing move-in/move-out paperwork. Accurately enter data using Yardi Voyager & Tenant Tech, generate reports, and conduct property inspections to ensure units are rent ready. Resolve resident issues, maintain office workflow, and oversee common area appearance. Assist with hiring and training onsite staff while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Laws. Work full-time Tuesday through Saturday with a roving schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leasing experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and ideally Yardi/Tenant Tech
- Stellar attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible, roving schedule
- Professional, dependable, and confident communicator
- Ability to lift 25 lbs, climb stairs, and perform office/onsite duties
