Job Summary
The Leasing Agent is responsible for performing sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. The role requires inspecting apartments for readiness, developing marketing plans, and utilizing property management software. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, along with two years of experience in the multifamily leasing industry. The position offers competitive pay plus commissions, along with benefits such as medical and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
- Solid sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Active listening skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
