Leasing Agent - Bilingual

Contract-to-hire Leasing Agent for a 400-unit residential community in Lakewood, CO. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities include first-line customer service to prospective and current residents, answering calls and emails, completing rental forms and agreements, collecting rents/deposits, assisting the Property Manager with delinquent rents, improving resident experience, processing administrative forms/reports, performing leasing, telephone and sales techniques, sending late notices and filing evictions, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications include at least 1 year of residential leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong organizational and customer service skills, prior leasing or related sales experience with strong closing ability, Yardi experience highly preferred, Excel experience required, strong math and tech skills, effective verbal/written communication, ability to work independently, and background check clearance. Paying $22-$23/hour DOQ with commissions after conversion; schedule 9AM–6PM, typically 40 hours, with potential part-time start and full-time after training.
