Job Summary
Meet future residents for unit tours, establish rapport, and provide personalized customer service to drive high occupancy rates. Conduct daily follow-ups with prospective tenants, prepare leasing forms, and collect appropriate payments. This role requires a High School diploma/GED, one year of leasing experience, and working knowledge of Onesite property management software; bilingual ability is preferred.
