Job Summary
Conduct property tours, market available units, and lease apartments to prospective residents while maintaining a flexible schedule including weekends. Collaborate with maintenance staff and interact with vendors as needed, providing excellent resident relations and delivering top-tier customer service. Regularly inspect the property to ensure curb appeal is maintained at all times and assist the Community Manager with additional duties as assigned. This role supports BECO Asset Management's mission of creating vibrant, welcoming communities at Falcon Creek Apartments in Hampton, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must provide strong references
- Stable work history
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to pass a 4-panel substance screening

- Leasing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with property management software
- Experience with Yardi
- Associate's Degree
