Job Summary
Conduct enthusiastic property tours for prospective residents to drive conversions, while managing the end-to-end leasing process including applications, renewals, and data entry. Serve as the primary point of contact for current residents to address needs and concerns, utilizing Yardi software for guest card tracking and reporting. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding resident information and adhere to Fair Housing laws. Work Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy at AVIVA Apartments, a premier 108-unit multifamily community featuring modern amenities and ground-floor commercial space.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and/or leasing role
- Proven experience in leasing, hospitality, or sales
- Ability to work a consistent Wednesday–Sunday schedule
- basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications
- ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures
- ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management
Desired Qualifications
