Job Summary
Follow up with prospective residents to ensure no lead is lost and greet customers on the phone or in-person to drive new resident acquisitions. Complete prospective resident applications accurately, present available apartments knowledgeably, and schedule viewings while maintaining the customer base through an effective retention program. Stay informed on market conditions by completing competitor surveys, traffic reports, and vacancy paperwork as required. Represent the company professionally and assist in generating traffic via active participation in the community's marketing strategy. Work evening, weekend, and holiday hours to accommodate business needs and lease suites or renew upcoming lease expiries with specific goals.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education or industry experience
- Proficient in the use of technology platforms
- knowledge of Yardi
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
- experienced residential leasing agent or sales expert
