Job Summary
Greet prospective and current residents, conduct apartment tours, and lease apartments to qualified applicants. Process applications, prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, and manage daily follow-ups, call queues, and lead tracking. Enter leasing activity into the property management system, submit service requests, maintain model units, and ensure Fair Housing compliance. Resolve resident concerns professionally while maintaining key control and property security. Full-time role with weekend rotation; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between properties as needed
- Ability to walk the property and sit/work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional events
- Full-time employment
- Weekend rotation

- Experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Yardi or property management software
