Leasing Agent - Apartment Community

Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community; creates lease documents and facilitates signing; maintains resident files using YARDI; uses telephone etiquette; assists in building and maintaining a resident relations program; and performs additional duties as requested by the Property Manager. Requires familiarity with multifamily housing, sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor. Eligible for benefits including commissions, renewal commissions, paid time off, holidays, 401k, and insurance; bilingual ability a plus.
