Job Summary
Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective residents, engaging with potential tenants to offer compelling housing solutions and encourage applications. Negotiate lease terms, provide thorough explanations of leases and related documents, and close leases while performing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy. Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to navigate applicants through the leasing journey, staying informed about company policies to ensure compliance. Requires a valid State Real Estate License, three years of related sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hourly pay ranges from $21.09 to $25.30 with eligibility for monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience
- A valid State Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively
- Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service
