Job Summary
Leverage experience in leasing, finance, or contract administration to manage equipment lease agreements from origination through completion. Review contracts and credit applications for accuracy and compliance, perform lease calculations (buyouts, upgrades, refinances, early terminations), prepare lease addendums and update contract terms, and maintain accurate records across systems (e.g., Leasepath, E-Automate). Collaborate with sales, finance, and customers to ensure smooth transactions and support billing, invoicing, reporting, and customer communications. Apply process-improvement mindset to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
