Job Summary
Provide administrative, reporting, marketing, and coordination support to the leasing team, including maintaining tracking reports, preparing marketing packages and presentation materials, coordinating industry conventions, preparing specialty leasing agreements, collecting and organizing documents (insurance certificates, sales reports), and offering general administrative support. Requires 1-3 years of related office experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Salary range is USD 24-$27 per hour, reflected as annualized as $49,920–$56,160. Located in Rochester, NY with on-site (in-person) work expectations in a mall leasing environment; opportunities for growth within the leasing department.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of administrative, leasing support, commercial real estate, or related office experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, maintain records, and track documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with leasing team and external contacts in a fast-paced environment
