Job Summary
Leasing Specialist responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations. Tasks include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, ensuring applications and leases are completed per policy, managing move-in/move-out/renewal processes, using on-site property software to track availability, analyzing market trends, designing and executing marketing plans, and executing outreach and online marketing (Craigslist, Google). Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills required; familiarity with prorated rents, deposits, and Fair Housing Laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales
