Lease-Up Manager leading leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities with a field-based, regional scope. The role involves deploying to multiple markets for short-term assignments, driving local outreach to generate qualified traffic and leases, coaching onsite and regional teams to maintain brand standards and sales execution, and tracking results with actionable insights and recommendations. Candidates should be sales-minded leaders comfortable traveling and living on the road for extended periods, skilled at building relationships, closing and influencing outcomes, and adapting to fast-changing environments. Base salary ranges from $85k to $145k+ with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related field with a strong understanding of closing and influencing outcomes
- Proven ability to build relationships, execute outreach strategies, and deliver measurable leasing or revenue results
- Flexible and dependable with availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and travel assignments
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Field-based leadership experience coordinating across multiple communities
