Job Summary
Field-based leadership role overseeing leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities. Travel to northern/central Florida markets and Atlanta, GA, deploying to diverse markets to accelerate leasing results, coach onsite and regional teams, drive local outreach and external sales to generate qualified traffic and leases, and track outcomes with actionable recommendations. Requires adaptability across properties and markets, strong relationship-building and closing skills, and the ability to work in dynamic environments with extended travel and varied schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or related field
- Strong closing and influencing capabilities
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver measurable leasing or revenue results
- Ability to travel and work varied schedules (evenings, weekends)
