Job Summary
Regional Property Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations of a multifamily affordable-housing portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance (LIHTC, HUD, Section 42, HOME), leasing targets, and maintenance standards; lead onsite and corporate teams, develop talent plans, and drive financial performance including budgets, cash flow analysis, and KPI monitoring across multiple properties. Role emphasizes compliance readiness, tenant relations, site inspections, audits, and collaboration with maintenance, training, and marketing teams to optimize occupancy and program adherence across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in affordable housing property management
- Strong leadership, communication, and compliance expertise
- Ability to interpret financial reports, perform cash flow analysis, and deliver compliance and financial presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management/compliance software
