Lease Up Occupancy Specialist

Lease Up Occupancy Specialist oversees lottery and pre-application processes within city/state/federal rules, communicates with prospects/applicants, maintains waiting lists, completes initial interviews and eligibility, processes lease signings, coordinates unit inspections, supports first-year audits, and assists with recertifications. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, experience with leasing and unit tours, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and familiarity with RealPage products. The candidate is described as a road-warrior who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment with a focus on goals and deliverables. Responsibilities also include on-site coverage for emergencies and turnover, and providing support to sites with vacancies as needed. Compensation ranges from $65K-$70K depending on experience.
