Job Summary
Lease-Up Multi-Site Community Manager oversees day-to-day operations for multiple apartment properties, including budget input and analysis, rent collection, leasing processes, vendor coordination, property maintenance oversight, inspections, and marketing/ leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, reviewing financial statements, approving invoices, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related regulations, supervising maintenance and staff, communicating with owners and clients, conducting property inspections, and driving resident satisfaction and retention through timely responses to requests and service issues. Requires strong property-management software skills (preferably Yardi), budgeting and financial reporting abilities, leasing management, vendor coordination, and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training
- Demonstrated management and supervisory skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi)
