Job Summary
Lease-Up Marketing Manager position (remote) owning end-to-end marketing for multifamily lease-up communities from pre-development through stabilization. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy, website/ILS setup, photography and video assets, 3D tours, signage, collateral, platform onboarding (SOCi, Tour24, EliseAI, Entrata, Lineups DA), weekly lead volume and conversion reviews, cost-efficiency analysis by channel, 30/60/90-day performance plans, budget management, and stabilization handoff. Collaborates on digital channels (SEO, PPC, geofencing, ILS) with the Digital Marketing Manager, maintains brand standards and Fair Housing compliance, and communicates with Development, Operations, and investor partners. Requires hands-on familiarity with Entrata, SOCi, EliseAI, Tour24, Zillow 3D, Apartments.com, and related platforms; strong ownership mindset, urgency, and ability to manage multiple moving parts and vendor relationships.
