Lease-Up Maintenance Supervisor - 52 TEN

Leader of the property maintenance team for a multifamily community in Austin, directing scheduling, vendor negotiations, and inspections; drives process improvements, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives to sustain occupancy and retention while training and retaining qualified maintenance staff. Key focus areas include ensuring compliance within the maintenance team, reviewing work orders, coordinating turns/make-ready schedules, managing vendor contracts, and supporting cost-control and quality assurance. Required qualifications include proven property maintenance experience, HVAC and pool certifications, Yardi familiarity preferred, three years of managerial/supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and completion of background checks and MVR. This role reports to the Community Manager and operates in a full-time, hourly position at the Austin, TX location.
