Lease-up Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for attracting and screening prospective tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, preparing lease paperwork, and providing excellent customer service to ensure high occupancy. Activities include marketing and promoting available properties, responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email, coordinating with the property manager, planning resident events, upholding fair housing and company policies, and meeting leasing goals. Requires strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan, OneSite) and MS Office, ability to work independently and in a team, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and is a full-time, career-track position with benefits. Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential.
