Job Summary
Lease Up - Leasing Consultant for The Textile Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will greet prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process (application, screening, lease signing, move-in), respond to inquiries, and participate in marketing initiatives to drive traffic and occupancy. Maintain accurate leasing paperwork, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, participate in resident events, and close tours with leases. Leverage digital campaigns and social media outreach to attract prospects. Build relationships with residents to support retention. Must have strong communication skills, a solid marketing background, experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage), knowledge of fair housing laws, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service (property management experience a plus); Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends; Professional appearance and dress code adherence. Preferred qualifications include lease-up experience, knowledge of Yardi/RealPage, and bilingual skills.
