Job Summary
Lease Up Coordinator leads lease-up operations across Florida properties, directing leasing office setup, occupancy strategies, and move-in readiness while coordinating with construction, asset management, and vendor partners. Responsible for driving leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals, ensuring HUD/LIHTC compliance and accurate regulatory documentation, and supervising on-site staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences in a travel-based, multi-location role across the state.
Required Qualifications
- HCCP certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience with LIHTC and affordable housing programs
