Job Summary
As an Assistant Property Manager for Prairie Run, you will support day-to-day operations of a new 135-unit workforce housing community in Hayden, CO, partnering with the Property Manager to lease apartments in compliance with Workforce Housing and Fair Housing standards, conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up, host Open Houses, assist with compliance paperwork and annual certifications, coordinate rent collection, service requests, budgeting tasks, vendor coordination, and move-ins/move-outs, and handle administrative duties and court-related documentation as needed. The role emphasizesResident-focused service, strong customer service and communication skills, and basic financial processes within a growing organization. Compensation includes hourly pay starting at 28 per hour, with benefits and career growth opportunities, and requires 3+ years of leasing/property management experience and knowledge of affordable/workforce housing programs.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of leasing or property management experience
- Working knowledge of affordable/workforce housing programs and compliance requirements
- Comfort handling administrative tasks, financial processes, and confidential information
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule through Lease-Up
