Job Summary
Lease Up Apartment Porter at Lyon Living (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). Responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness and appearance, performing interior and exterior janitorial duties, preparing apartments for occupancy, cleaning common areas and facilities (clubhouse, recreation room, fitness center), servicing central trash areas, handling basic housekeeping tasks, and assisting with safety and compliance tasks. Requires attendance at safety meetings, proper handling of cleaning products and hazardous materials, organization of carts and storage, and occasional offsite visits. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and OT. On-site role with an hourly wage of $20-$22.
