Duties also cover processing applications and recertifications, tracking traffic and unit availability in Yardi, maintaining waitlists, conducting background checks and landlord references, and assisting with move-in activities, with additional administrative tasks and collaboration with property leadership as required. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail in a housing context.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational experience
  • Data entry and database management
  • Ability to verify information from multiple sources
  • Excellent customer service skills (in person and over the telephone)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Acceptable background information, including criminal history
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
