Lease Rental Reefer Driver

Drive lease rental refrigerated OTR routes as a 1099 solo contractor, handling 50% drop-and-hook and 50% live load/unload freight. Operate late-model automatic semi-trucks equipped with TriPac APUs, inverters, and refrigerators at speeds governed to 68 mph. Earn an average of $2,500 to $2,900 gross weekly pay based on a 70% revenue share, covering 2,400 to 2,600 miles per week with 14 expected days out and two days of home time for every 14 days worked. No driver load/unload duties or guaranteed weekends home. Requires a Class A license without L, Z, G, O, or K restrictions and 12 months of OTR experience. Orientation is held in Little Rock with travel, lodging, and meals covered; drivers provide their own room and meals.
