Job Summary
Manage your own fleet as a Class A CDL owner-operator hauling hazmat, reefer, dry van, flatbed, or bobtail trailers across the Midwest or on two-week OTR runs. You handle maintenance and repairs if you choose the $200/week rental option, or we cover all repairs for $300/week with a $1,000 escrow fee. Your weekly cost includes a $615 lease payment, $110 insurance, and a 15% all-in package covering dispatch, occupational, cargo, liability, PrePass, ELD, and plates. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must be U.S Citizen
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2-years of professional driving experience with a verifiable safety record
- No more than 10 jobs in 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- No more than 3 accidents in past 5 years with no more than 1 accident occurring in the preceding 12 months
- No truck abandonment
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing the transportation industry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for electronic logs and communication
- Ability to sit for extended periods and withstand long hours of driving
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and possess a valid DOT medical card
