Job Summary
Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services policies and verify calculations before funding. Inspect packages for suspicious or fraudulent information, confirm Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and calculate federal-mandated fees accurately. Perform financial computations for payoffs, rebates, residuals, and lease worksheets, then prepare completed files for funding. Inform managers of discrepancies and resolve non-compliant funding issues with dealerships and sales teams via calls and emails. Maintain confidentiality when accessing consumer data. Requires 2 years of auto funding experience, proficiency in lease software, and ability to work various shifts including weekends. Overtime is required on an as-needed basis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a loan/lease processor in auto funding
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills
- Strong analytical reasoning abilities
- Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
- Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple files effectively and efficiently
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten pounds
- Must occasionally stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed
- Must be able to use a headset and telephone for calls
