Job Summary
Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services policies and verify calculations before funding. Inspect packages for suspicious or fraudulent information, confirm proper approval authorities and accurate disclosure of federal-mandated fees, and prepare completed files for funding. Perform financial calculations for payoffs, rebates, residuals, and lease worksheets while resolving non-compliant funding issues via Dealer Chat, email, and calls with dealerships and the sales team. Inform managers of discrepancies and note files accordingly. Maintain confidentiality when accessing consumer personal information. Work various shifts Monday through Friday and weekends as needed, with overtime available on an as-needed basis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a loan/lease processor in auto funding
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills
- Strong analytical reasoning abilities
- Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
- Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office?Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize?multiple files effectively and efficiently
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten pounds
- Must occasionally stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed
