Job Summary
Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify renewal opportunities and contact guests prior to lease-end to schedule vehicle inspections. Collaborate with Product Advisors to address specific guest concerns and present lease renewal options while working with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process. Assist in the overall sales process by presenting features and benefits of new vehicle models and coordinate with Financial Service Office managers to schedule lease renewal deliveries. Maintain high product knowledge through ongoing self-directed learning of current vehicle line-ups and adhere to company safety policies by reporting any accidents immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and high quality control standards
- Strong computer knowledge and skills
- Previous sales experience
- Valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
