Job Summary
Monitor well and equipment performance for gas lifted wells, ESPs, and three-phase separation systems, taking appropriate action to maximize production. Perform maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment while conducting rounds, issuing work permits, and initiating work requests. Proactively manage chemical pump rates based on production data for corrosion, paraffin, and soap injection. Track test compression data and conduct fluid levels using an echo meter. Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests and support groups to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood
- General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department
- Able to solve problems and make basic decisions
